Shipping and Return

Q: Which country do you ship to?
A: We ship within Malaysia at the moment.

 

Q: When can I receive my ordered items?
A: All payment orders that made before 12 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be sent out the next business working day.
   

    >Reach 2-3 business working days for Peninsular Malaysia
    >Reach 3-5 business working days for Sabah & Sarawak

    *You will receive a notification email of the tracking numbers in your registered email.

 

Q: Where can I track my ordered items?

A: You will be updated via email about delivery status from time to time. Alternatively, you may go to http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ for tracking updates.  

 

Q: How do I add/change my ordered items or shipping details after I had made payment?
A: Please note that there is no changes are allowed to the ordered items or shipping details after payment has been made.

 

Q: What’s the shipping cost?
A: The shipping rate is charged based on product weight. You may go to "shipping cost" page to check out shipping cost of the item that you intend to purchase.  

 

Q: Do you accept product return?
A: Yes, we do, and it must meet our product return policy listed below.

  1. All received items must be returned to us in its original conditions with its order number and invoice within 7 days from your received date (unopened and unpacked).
  2. If the product that you received is broken due to packaging defect or courier company problem, please let us informed immediately from the time you receive the products in 24 hours time by capturing the product photo and send it to info@happinessoasis.com. Our customer service will liaise with you immediately.
  3. Products return are not applicable for condition below:
    1. Products that had been used or in any opened condition. 

 

Q: Do you provide free product return?
A: Apologize that we do not provide free return. Postage charges of all product return have to be borne by the sender.
